Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in servicing and repairing water pumps and various types of industrial pumps. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires hands-on technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, install, maintain, and repair water pumps, booster pumps, submersible pumps, and other pump systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues related to motors, control panels, and pump systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, and electrical equipment to reduce downtime.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Replace or repair bearings, seals, valves, and other pump components.
Work with 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems safely and effectively.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide quick, reliable solutions.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
3+ years of experience working with pumps (water, booster, submersible, etc.).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
