Job Summary: Talent Connect maintenance team members are critical, front-line members of our team who have a direct impact on our property management operations. This role helps maintain property appearance, responds to service requests from residents/tenants, supports the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and collaborates with a range of Redstone colleagues and specialized vendors. A professional attitude and team focused mind-set are essential.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Supervises: N/A
Wage Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)
Normal Hours: 40 Hours per week. Note, talent Connct maintenance personnel are required to assume duties for after-hours on an on-call basis where overtime pay is provided. On call for this position is typically on a six-week rotation, however this can vary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple systems and components, including electrical, plumbing (water lines), HVAC, appliances, building structures (stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings), flooring (tile, carpet, and other surfaces), roofing and gutters, interior and exterior lighting, gas fixtures, doors, windows, cabinets, shutters, locks, and security systems, as well as addressing ceiling leaks, completing light carpentry, drywall and painting work, and performing basic janitorial and grounds duties such as debris and trash removal.
